We understand that you might have questions about safety practices or reporting procedures. This section is  to provide you with answers and hopefully address any concerns you may have. We’re committed to transparency and ensuring you feel supported this will be updated as we learn.

You can report safety concerns by filling out our online form linked at the top of the page. Your feedback is crucial for improving standards and resolving issues.

Once you report an issue, we’ll review it  and take actions. This usually includes contacting local management, and if they cannot address the issue escalating it to the safety hotline. It will also be recorded separately from the company to keep a record of ongoing and reported issues. If you wish to be updated there is a place on the form to add contact information on your preferred method on being updated.

We are very well of the concerns some employees have about retaliation. One of this program strongest features are to take on the reporting ourselves, keeping your information out of it in fact, there is no way to identify who submitted the form to awesome unless you want to be directly contacted about updates in which case you need to add your contact information otherwise we will not be able to reach out to you directly.

Participation is key – first contact with our program is to report a safety issue. We are working on building a community and would welcome suggestions on how you would like to see that happen. Right now. we have a Facebook community group. you can join and you can reach out directly on the Contacts page if you want to participate in other ways.
